FAQs
How long does shipping take?
All orders received before noon (12:00 pm) are dispatched on the same day. Shipping to the UK mainland usually takes 1-2 working days.
For items that are out of stock, we will inform you by email about the estimated delivery date. The availability of all products can be found on the webshop. Orders may be part-shipped to avoid delays where some items are not available.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat shipping rate of £8.50 on all orders to the UK mainland. For orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other countries shipping rates depend on the size of the consignment.
Can I get a trade discount?
Yes. We offer trade discounts to qualifying companies and sole traders. If you think you’re eligible please contact us.
